Dear Mr. Porter,
SPAIN.
With reference to your offer of assistance contained in your letter received here today, the efforts of the National Council of Labour, in which the Trades Union Congress is cooperating, are directed towards the collection of funds for the relief of distress among the victims of the disturbances in Spain, particularly the women and children.
If you would kindly apply to the Medical Aid for Spain Committee, 24-28, New Oxford St., W.C.1, the secretary of which is Dr. C.W. Brook, you would no doubt be informed of any other direction in which your assistance might be found valuable.
Yours sincerely,
International Department.
