My Committee note the decision of the National Council of Labour with great regret.
I would, however, like to point out that the only member of this Committee who is a member of the Communist Party is Mrs. Isabel Brown. She was elected a member of the Committee at the inaugural meeting on August 8th and she has rendered the Committee very considerable service.
