Scottish Ambulance Unit in Spain,

Dear Sir Daniel,
INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY FUND
I am sorry that in writing to you yesterday I did not refer to your suggestion that I become a member of your Committee.
I am much obliged to you for your proposal, but as I am a member of the National Council of Labour and of the International Solidarity Fund Committee, it is absolutely impossible for me to serve on any outside body on this matter.
I am sure you will appreciate the position and will understand that no discourtesy is implied.
