INTERNATIONAL BRIGADE.
My Executive Council have instructed me to urge you to bring all possible pressure to bear on the Vichy Government in order to assist and ease the position of the above brigade now in concentration camps in France.
It is believed that something could be done through American agency, and we trust you will see your way to help these people.
