Though I have some idea of how busy you are, I feel that it is my duty to keep you informed of developments relevant to your consideration of our work.
I therefore enclose a marked copy of this week's "Lancet". The leading article on page 1118 is partly devoted to us. Though they have not got the facts quite accurately (the Press seldom does!) their recommendation to firms to co-operate with us, taken in conjunction with the attitude of the furnishing trade, is an indication of the support which from our experience can, I think, be looked for from many reputable firms.
Though no public use must be made of the fact, the "Lancet" are helping us in other ways also.
