We have received a financial appeal from the "14th of April Fund" promoted for the purpose of relieving Spaniards in the Concentration Camps of France and North Africa. Can you let me have any information regarding the promoters of this Fund and particularly regarding any consideration which your General Council has given to the Spaniards in these Camps?
