Sir Walter Citrine, K.B.E.,
Royal Hotel,
Plymouth.
My dear Citrine,
I confirm having sent you the following telegram early this afternoon :-
"Returned to-day from Paris, Posting report tonight."
I have put together in great haste a brief report on the International Solidarity Fund. Yesterday and to-day I discussed this question with comrade Stolz of the I.F.T.U., with our Spanish comrade De Los Rios, and with Belgian comrades who are playing a prominent part in the practical work in connection with the relief for Spain. I think that the report is therefore up-to-date, but it could of course be much more complete if I had not been obliged to despatch it in haste. I hope, however, that it will suffice for your present purposes.
With best wishes for the Congress,
Yours very sincerely,
F. Adler
