We beg to refer to our recent shipment of Potatoes to Rouen, and to advise you of the receipt of a communication from our Rouen Office, intimating that they have communicated with Mr. Schevenels, who has given instructions for the goods to be delivered to Cerbere, which indicates that they are expecting to deliver through Cerbere/Port Bou without difficulty. Possibly, the International Federation of Trades Unions will communicate with you in this regard in due course, but in any event, as soon as we receive any definite information we will write you again.
