FOOD FOR SPAIN
As we informed you on the telephone yesterday, we have made arrangements for a consignment of foodstuffs to go to Barcelona. Arrangements have been made with the Co-operative Wholesale Society for this shipment to go to Barcelona via Rouen. As in the case of prior shipments, we have sent it to Comite Espagnol del Fondo de Solidaridad Internacional, Sr. Enrique Santiago, Aragon 300, Barcelona.
For your information the shipment is made up as follows:
200 Bales Sun Dried Cod.
6 Tons Carbolic Soap.
20 Tons Pale Yellow Soap.
2000 Prs. Children' s Sandals.
792 Reels Sewing Cotton.
5000 Sewing Needles (various).
75 lbs. Knitting Wool.
