Mr. Walter M. Citrine,
LONDON.
Dear Comrade Citrine,
With reference to your letter of the 22nd January, regarding the consignment of goods by the s.s. Pelayo and Carpio, I have advised Comrade Carlos Hernandez of the increase from 100 to 200 bales of dried cod in the consignment he is to expect, and have noted the increase in the total cost from £4,706 to £4,780.
Yours sincerely,
G. Stolz, Assistant Secretary.
