With further reference to the cases of the Spanish Seamen referred to in the setter bearing this reference under date 4th April last, it would, I think, be useful if you could kindly give us up to date statement of the Spanish seamen for whom the Trades Union Congress is assuming responsibility.
I have at the moment, specially in view the cases of the men named hereunder:-
Jose LARRABEITI Last recorded as having arrived on the 14th October, 1939.
Martinas Sebastian PRAT and his wife. Last recorded as employed on the steamer "Cygnet"
Doroteo Garagalle ZUGASTI
