Mr. Carillo [Carrillo] has again written, this time about Caballero's son and Rafael Henche, ex-Mayor of Madrid, and suggests you would perhaps be willing to make a public statement about the persecution that is going on in Spain.
Am not sure whether at this juncture you would wish to do this, and have written another letter to Lord Halifax as attached.
