On behalf of the General Council, I have to thank you for consenting to receive a deputation from the General Council on the subject of the present situation in Spain, and confirm the arrangements made by telephone this afternoon, namely, that we call on you at the Foreign Office on Wednesday afternoon next, 6th April, at 4.30 o'clock.
