Dear Sir,
SAILINGS OF S.S. "YORKBROOK".
I have yours of the 19th instant with enclosures.
On making enquiries I find that Mr. Schevenels is under a misapprehension. The "Yorkbrook" was under the British Flag until August 1935, when she was transferred to the Estonian Flag, which she still sails under (if afloat).
She is owned by a man named Jacobsen, and is managed by the firm named in Mr. Schevenels letter, Messrs Chas. Strubin & Co., of 53, King William Street, London.
Possibly this information will be of service.
Yours faithfully,
W.R.Spence
General Secretary
