Situation in the Asturias.
I have received a letter from Mr. Oliver Harris of the South Wales Miners' Federation as per the attached copy.
I have informed him that I have been kept informed of this position by Senor Del Vayo and the Spanish Ambassador, and that I have been in contact with the Foreign Secretary on the subject, and that you are fully acquainted with what has transpired.
I have told him I am sending a copy of his letter to you.
