Madame Lily Krier-Becker Chambre de Travail, la, rue Beaumont, LUXEMBURG.
Dear Madame Krier,
SPEECH OF CABALLERO
Thank you for your letter of the 5rd instant from which I note that you obtained the information about the U.G.T. through personal friends.
I am also much obliged for the copy of the paper containing comrade Caballero's speech (which I notice is heavily censored) and also the manifesto.
It is a great pleasure to learn that your husband is to become a Minister in the new Luxemburg Government, and I send to both of you my sincere congratulations, and best wishes.
Yours faithfully.
General Secretary.
