To the Members of the Executive
Dear Comrade Citrine,
I am sending you herewith the White Book of the Spanish Government about the Non-intervention. I would remind you of the fact that this book has not been published by the League of Nations Secretariat, so that the Spanish delegation had to have it printed itself in Geneva.
I have received so far this document only in French. In case I should get it also in a translation, I shall forward it to you immediately,
Yours fraternally,
G. Stolz, Assistant Secretary
Comrade Citrine, London
Encl.
NB. I am also enclosing the Report and Findings of Committee of Enquiry into Breaches of International Law relating to Intervention in Spain.
