(b) Deputation from France.
The General Secretary reported that he had received a telegram from Paris stating that a delegation visiting London on Monday and Tuesday, November 23rd and 24th to discuss with English Leaders the Spanish situation, desired to have an opportunity of speaking with him.
IT WAS DECIDED that the General Secretary be authorised to refuse to meet the persons not representing either the French Socialist Party or the French C.G.T.
