I am in receipt of your letter of the 20th November, the reply to the question asked by the above Council. My Council wishes me to forward on to you the enclosed copy, that caused the Council to ask the question.
My Council now wishes to ask Sir Walter Citrine. what steps are being taken with regards to this article, as we want to defend any attacks made on this Council, to the constitution of the T.U.C.
