DANGER OF POLITICAL PERSECUTION IN SPAIN
I am in receipt of your acknowledgment of the 10th instant and I am now in a position to say that an interview with the Spanish Ambassador took place yesterday, when the concern of the Movement in regard to the above matter was fully explained, and he promised to convey to his Government what had been stated.
