Sir Walter Citrine, General Secretary, Trades Lnlon Congress General Council, London.
Dear Walter,
From one of our workers in Hamburg I have just received the news that the s.s. COLON, of 6,000 tons, sailing under the flag of Panamá, will sail today from that port for Seville, and possibly other rebel ports, after having loaded war material at No. 26 Shed (Woermann) in the port of Hamburg. She will also carry soldiers.
Yours sincerely
Edo Fimmen
