Secretary's.

Messrs. Hartley & Hartley,
Central Hall,
Westminster.
Dear Sirs,
International Conference.
Referring to my visit yesterday afternoon, and my telephone conversation this morning, I should be glad if you would book the Library for an International Conference on the position in Spain, to be held on Wednesday and Thursday, March 10th and 11th.
I understand that the rent will be £26, which will also include the use of Committee Room C.
The agreement can be made out in my name as Assistant General Secretary of the Trades Union Congress. I will make further contact with you in regard to the arrangement of seating in the Hall.
With many thanks for your assistance in this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Assistant Secretary.
