LUNCHEON - 11th, MARCH, 1937.
I thank you for your letter of the 26th instant confirming the booking of the above.
It is understood that the menu submitted at 4/6d is to be provided, but charged at 4/- as there is to be a choice of the Melon Frappe or Creme Portugaise.
I note that the number anticipated at present is between 120 and 200,but that you will let me have a more definite figure nearer the date.
The Luncheon will be served promptly at 1.15 p.m., as requested.
