I beg to thank you for your telephone instructions confirming provisional booking of this Hall for a Meeting on Wednesday evening next, March 10th.
I now enclose the usual form of Agreement for your signature on the return of which I will send you a duplicate signed by myself.
As the Meeting is only a week hence, I am not asking for any deposit - you will notice that the fee is due "within seven days prior to the date of Meeting"
I shall be pleased to send you plans of the Hall or any further information you may require on hearing from you.
