Dear Sir, RE HELP TO SPANISH WORKERS UNDER FASCISM.
I am required to ask if your Council has an organised movement to render help to our Spanish Comrades. We have received a circular from the 'Relief Committee for Victims of Fascism but withhold our support as that Committee as a proscribed organisation.
In the event of no official action by the General Council will you inform me if you have knowledge of any organisation that has the approval of your Council in regard to this matter.
