"THIS BRANCH URGE THE T.U.C. TO APPROACH THE FOREIGN OFFICE WITH A VIEW TO OBTAINING THE RELEASE OF MEMBERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL BRIGADE, NOW IN CONCENTRATION CAMPS, BY CO-OPERATING WITH THE U.S.A. GOVERNMENT ON THIS QUESTION"
