Dear Mr. Garrett,
LETTER FROM MR. W. SWIMMINGS OF NEWENT.
I am enclosing herewith a letter received from a Mr. W. Swimmings of Newent, Gloucester, offering assistance in aid of Spain, together with copy of my reply.
I am wondering whether you have a Local Committee operating somewhere in the Newent area who could take advantage in some way of the offer made by Mr. Swimmings.
