I.C.3.
TRADES UNION CONGRESS.
INTER-DEPARTMENTAL CORRESPONDENCE.
From: E.P. HARRIES Department ORGANISATION
To. MR. H.V. TEWSON Date. 13TH DECEMBER, 1937.
SUBJECT.
BASQUE CHILDRENS' FLAG DAY
It appears that there are some flags left over from the Birmingham effort.
I rang Miss Arne and find the number of flags is between 150,000 and 170,000. (These are up at Birmingham).
Is it worth while sending a circular letter to Trades Councils asking them if they can take the surplus for disposal?
No. They have already circulated their local cttees. HVT.
