Dear Colleague,
At a sub-committee of the E.C.of the above Council, I was instructed to communicate with you reference to the accommodation of the Basque children.
My committee are proposing to call a Mass conference of Sheffield people of all shades of opinion, for the purpose of setting up composite committee to be responsible for catering for a given number of these children.
