This Socialist leader from Spain is a Member of the Spanish Parliament. He was at the last joint meetings in Paris, and is well known to Schevenels, Adler, and the others. He brings a letter of introduction from the General Union of Workers (Madrid, Caballero President) asking for assistance.
Saw him with Gillies this morning.
He asks would you agree to use your influence with the "Daily Herald" to publish an article giving the facts, and so counteract false impressions created by "Morning Post", "Times", etc.?
