SPANISH SEAMEN'S STRIKE.
I have your letter of the 6th instant in regard to the above matter.
I have been in touch with Mr. Spence, Secretary of the National Union of Seamen. He is fully acquainted with the position and the necessary instructions have been forwarded to their members.
I have also received letters from the Cardiff Trades Council and Labour Party and the Clydebank Trades Council and a communication in similar terms has been sent for their information.
