Dear Madam,
I deeply regret that I could not attend the meeting of the Basque Children's Committee at the House of Commons yesterday, as the notice was too short, and I could not attend in the morning.
I made enquiries at the House of Commons during the lunch hour, but no one could give me any information, though I now hear that the meeting, after adjournment for lunch, continued in the afternoon.
I would like to have a copy of the Report of the Legal Commission.
