Dear Sir,
There has just been produced jointly by Victor Saville Productions and the Realist Film Unit a very remarkable one reel picture, called Modern Orphans of the Storm, on the Basque children in England. May I urge that you should book this film for showing in a programme at your cinema at an early date?
The film runs for some twelve minutes; it was directed by Basil Wright in association with Ian Dalrymple; the commentary is by E.V.H. Emmett.
Copies of the film can be obtained by application to 53 Marsham Street, London, S.W.1. All arrangements for booking it should be made at least four days before the film is wanted.
If you would consent to allow a collection in aid of the Basque children to be taken on the premises no charge will be made for the hire of the film.
