45. SPAIN.
A letter from the Railway Clerks' Association dated 13th June, 1944, was read, forwarding a resolution passed by their Executive urging the General Council and the Labour Party Executive to dissociate themselves from the views on Spain expressed by the Prime Minister in his statement to the House of Commons on foreign policy on 24th May, 1944.
IT was AGREED to remit this matter to the National Council of Labour for their consideration.
