At the last meeting of our Executive Council an appeal for financial assistance was received from HOGAR ESPANOL (Spanish Republican House). I was instructed to make enquiries through the Trades Union Congress to see if they could give some information with regard to this organisation, and particularly whether it is one that should receive support from an individual Trade Union organisation.
