The Executive Committee of the General Workers' Union of Spain in Mexico mandated me on a special mission to you personally.
If you enable me to explain you the matter you will realize its importance.
I intend to leave England next Thursday if possible en route to France and other places. But I would postpone my departure quite willingly in order to accomplish this mission.
