In reply to your letter of 28th February I have to say that the General Council have not at any time had any association with the organisation terming itself "Spanish Republican House" (Hogar Espanol).
The General Council have not received the recent appeal which you say has been issued by Hogar Espanol, but in any case it is unlikely that the previous opinion held by the General Council would be changed.
