On the occasion of the meeting of the Spanish Republican Cortes which will take place at Mexico City on November 7th. we are issuing a special number of our Bulletin, for which we have received messages from the President of the Republic, Don Diego Martinez Barrio, and the Prime Minister Dr. Jose Giral.
