To all members of Spanish Relief Committee.
Dear Madam,
I am enclosing minutes of meeting held on 26th November.
It was agreed at that meeting to send out an appeal to individuals likely to be sympathetic and that members of the Committee
(a) should give names to whom such an appeal might be sent by the Secretary
and
(b) should themselves approach individuals more likely to respond to an appeal from someone they know personally - letter headings to be supplied to members for this purpose.
I should be glad therefore if you would send me as soon as possible names of people to whom I might write, and also if you will let me know whether you would like a supply of Committee note-paper to approach your own friends.
We want new knitted garments, or contributions for the purchase of wool; and should like also to have names of people who would be willing to knit.
Yours sincerely,
Secretary.
