303. International Brigade.
Letter was read from Mrs. Charlotte Haldane, reqesting that the Commander of the British Battalion in the International Brigade should be afforded an opportunity to convey to the Unions appreciation of the assistance that had been rendered to their dependants.
On the motion of Mr. Marchbank,
IT WAS DECIDED to recommend to the General Purposes Committee of Congress that the request be refused.
