The Scottish ambulance continues hard at work. It has now carried over 1,100 wounded from field dressing stations to hospital. Although the unit has been under fire a great number of times, none of the staff has been hurt. Two of the cars have been destroyed by bombs. Miss Jacobson [ Jacobsen ], who went to Glasgow to report to Sir Daniel Stevenson, has rejoined the unit, and her kilt, which had become a familiar sign to many Militiamen that succour was at hand, was seen once more at the front during the operations for the recapture of Torrejon yesterday.
