SCOTTISH AMBULANCE UNIT IN SPAIN.
Referring to your letter of the 30th October in regard to the above matter I may say that on the same date I wrote to Mr. Dollan asking him to have a word with you in regard to the supplying of further information concerning the unit. I have not yet received a reply, but we have seen in the press reports of the good work which the ambulance is doing near Madrid and the difficulties which have been encountered by one of the ambulances being destroyed.
You will probably be aware that the Fund which we are raising in this country is being administered, together with monies raised in other countries, by a Joint International Committee which is operating in conjunction with a Committee in Madrid. A meeting of
