Witt, The Joint Council of the Southampton Trades Council, Labour Party and Co-operative Party, Prospect House, 160, Above Par, SOUTHAMPTON. Dear Mr. Witt, RAY COX MEMORIAL. We are very much obliged to you and your colleagues for your letter of 12th April enclosing a cheque on account of the proposed Ray Cox Memorial (to the value of £20). Receipt for this sum is enclosed herewith. We are now arranging to obtain the necessary anaesthetic apparatus, which will be taken to Spain with a convoy for our hospital established at Onteniente.
