The Trades Union Congress,
We confirm our telephonic communication of this afternoon with Mr. Bell, with regard to the 14,952 sacks of Potatoes purchased on your behalf, for shipment to Spain.
As we informed you in ours of the 24th instant, the quantity of 14,278 bags was shipped, and we have just received a telephonic communication from our Rouen office this afternoon to the effect that these have arrived.
