Dear Mr. Sullivan,
CLOTHING FOR SPANISH REFUGEES.
With further reference to our telephone conversation today, I desire to confirm our acceptance of the offers contained in your letter of the 3rd August for consignments of clothing to be despatched to Spanish refugees now in France.
With regard to the delivery of the goods, we have an arrangement with the Co-operative Wholesale Society Limited whereby they can be sent direct by the manufacturers to the C.W.S. wharf at Garston for shipment to France.   Where it is intended that the goods shall be conveyed from the manufacturer to Garston by RAIL they should be consigned:

ROUEN
via North Dock, Garston, Liverpool (order of Co-operative Wholesale Society Ltd.)
If, however, the goods are sent by ROAD from the manufacturer to Garston, they should be consigned:
