CIRCULAR NO. 68a (1938-39).
TO SECRETARIES OF CERTAIN AFFILIATED UNIONS.
Dear Sir (Madam),
INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY FUND - HELP FOR SPAIN.
I desire to refer to my circular No. 37 of 30th November last setting forth the proposals for the assistance of Spain approved by the Blackpool Congress, and asking you to let me have the views of your Executive as to how they felt they could render the maximum assistance.
I cannot trace having heard from you on this matter and I should be grateful if you would let me have a reply as soon as possible in order that a complete report may be made to the General Council.
Yours sincerely,
H.V. TEWSON
Assistant Secretary.
