Dear  Sirs,
We have pleasure in attaching hereto invoice and Insurance cover note in respect of Sandels and socks shipped by the ss "C.W.S. Progress" from Garston to Rouen for ultimate despatch to Sr. Enrique Santiago, at Barcelona. At the same time we enclose invoice covering freight charges on the recent shipment of Dried Cod and Soap, also by the ss "C.W.S. Progress". This charge has been delayed, as the freight account was not to hand from our Steamship Department at the time the invoices for the goods were forwarded to you.
With this present shipment completion has been effected of the goods ordered in yours of the 11th June.
If we can be of any further service to you in arranging shipments to Spain of any types of goods you may desire to send forward for relief purposes, we shall be very glad to render any service within our power.
