Dear Mr. Schevenels,
INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY FUND.
I am enclosing herewith copy of a letter which has been received by the Union of Post Office Workers here.
The Union subscribe to our Fund and feel that it is difficult to render any assistance except through the machinery which already exists in Spain and for which the International Federation of Trade Unions and the Labour and Socialist International are responsible.
I am just wondering whether Santiago could do anything with this small request which is made.
Copy of letter.
