Dear Sirs,
We beg to make further reference to our letter of yesterday's date relative to your communication of the 11th instant, reference HVT/FC/440, respecting quotations you desire on account of the International Solidarity Fund - goods to Spain. We have pleasure in attaching hereto estimates covering the goods in which you are interested, and we hope that the prices will prove attractive, and that you will be able to give definite confirmation of the order in due course.
Whilst we have been able to give quotations for the Dried Milk delivered Cerbere, it has been impossible to follow the same procedure when calculating our quotations for the other items, and our prices, therefore, are based f.o.b. English port. All charges incurred in carrying the goods overland through France will naturally have to be to your account, but possibly you may already have information as to the probable extent of the charges, in your possession.
