Dear Sirs,
We confirm our telephonic conversation with you this morning from which we are pleased to learn that you are now desirous of effecting immediate shipment of the Sugar outstanding against your order of the 14th December to the value of £2,000 and one ton of Ships Biscuits. We assume that at the moment you do not wish us to take any further steps with the Sweet Biscuits and other items for which you made enquiry in your letter of the 9th instant, namely, Condensed Milk, Milkpowder and Cocoa.
